Soul Tending Sessions (1:1): Three-month gentle guidance (6 sessions plus reflection tools and a mailed soul care kit) to help you grieve, rest, and reconnect. Sessions are every two weeks with resources for time in between.

Rest, Remember, Reclaim Retreat (In-Person): A Healing retreat in Santa Fe, NM for restoration through rest and ritual (3-20 people at a time).
