Tender Ground (Hybrid): A six-week healing container with group sessions (3-10 people), mailed soul care kit, and two optional 1:1s.

Soul Tending Sessions (1:1): Three-month gentle guidance (plus reflection tools and a mailed soul care kit) to help you grieve, rest, and reconnect. These 1:1 sessions are designed just for you, crafted with care to meet your unique needs and support your next step.

From Grief to Joy Retreat (In-Person): A Healing retreat at Ghost Ranch in northern NM January 11-17, 2026. This is not a retreat where you’ll be asked to move on or fix yourself. This is a space to be human. A space to begin again, with tenderness, meaning, and hope. You’ll leave with:
- A Way out of Pain
- A renewed sense of aliveness and possibility
- Permission to carry both grief and joy
- Practices to stay open to joy in daily life
- Deep rest and soul-level encouragement

EACH OF THESE OFFERINGS IS FOR ANY KIND OF GRIEF: loss of a loved one, job, dream, community, religion, marriage, identity and so on.
