I’m really glad you’re here.
Choosing to slow down and reflect on your life takes courage.
How to Access Your Materials
You can download your materials.
• 21 short guided audio reflections
• A companion workbook you can type directly into
• A simple rhythm for working through the reflections at your own pace
There is no need to rush. Some people move through the reflections over 21 days. Others take longer. What matters most is that you give yourself the space to reflect honestly.
How to Begin
A gentle way to start:
- Find a quiet moment today or tomorrow
- Listen to the first reflection
- Write honestly in the workbook — no one else will read it
- Let the process unfold slowly
This work is not about forcing clarity.
It is about learning to pay attention to what is already stirring within your life.
A Small Encouragement
Whether we stay or go, begin or release, reconcile or detach, there is almost always something that must be grieved alongside something new that is beginning.
If you notice those mixed emotions as you move through this process, that is not a sign that something is wrong.
It is a sign that your heart is doing its work.

One Small Invitation
Before you go, I’d love to ask you something.
What made you decide to begin this journey right now?
Was there a decision you’re facing…
a transition you’re navigating…
or simply a sense that something in your life needs attention?
